Your trust matters to us. Here's exactly what Frhog (frhog.com) collects and why. The short version: we use your information to create your growth tactics, we don't sell it, and we don't run advertising trackers.

What we collect

What you give us: your email, the website or business details you share, any optional context and social profiles, and your password (stored only as a secure hash, never in plain text).
What Frhog creates: the jumps generated for you and any feedback you add, like marking one as worked.
Basic technical data: things like your IP address, used to keep the service secure and to rate-limit free runs.

How we use it

To read your business and generate tailored jumps.
To send your weekly jumps and the occasional account email, like a password reset.
To run, secure, and improve the service.

Who else is involved

To generate your jumps, the business details you submit are processed by our AI provider (OpenAI). If you subscribe, payments are handled by Stripe, so we never see or store your card details. That's it. We don't sell or rent your data to anyone.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. Ask us to delete your account and we'll remove it and the data tied to it.

Your control

You can edit your business details anytime, unsubscribe from emails, and ask for a copy or deletion of your data. We use one first-party cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising trackers.
